Hello! My name is Dave Wenzel and I am one of the Sales Managers at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store within the Al Serra Auto Plaza. I started selling cars in 1996 at the Al Serra Auto Plaza and moved into management January, 2008.
I have been in the retail business since age 16. I have been in many roles at the Auto Plaza since my start in 1996. Throughout my career I have learned that it is not about what you are selling, it is about who you are selling to. One thing holds true throughout the entire organization and that is that we treat our customers right and do the right thing – this makes my job easy and extremely fun!
In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my granddaughters.

My name is Brandon Peabody and I am the Business Manager at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Store within the Al Serra Auto Plaza. I started selling used cars at the Auto Plaza November, 2011. Prior to selling cars I sold business insurance in both Michigan and Chicago.
The insurance industry relates very closely with my position as Business Manager at CDJR. I thoroughly enjoy marketing customers financing to our partner banks. With the fast paced and ever-changing bank climate (and interest rates), the Al Serra Auto Plaza has a tremendous advantage over the smaller dealerships and local banks. Volume is king when it comes to financing! The more business you send to banks, the better interest rates they give us.
Selling cars is fun! Selling cars for a company that believes in treating customer’s right and whose philosophy is volume… is REALLY fun. When dealerships focus on volume, everyone wins! And we don’t believe in losing!

My name is Erik Faulkner and I am a Sales Consultant with Al Serra Auto Plaza in Grand Blanc, MI. I have been with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram brand for three years serving customers in Southeastern Michigan. My name is Victor George and here at the Al Serra Auto Plaza I am currently part of the sales force selling all brands of new and used vehicles. I have been a part of the Serra Organization for over 3 years, but have many more years of experience in the auto industry, as I come from a family of former dealers. Our family operated dealerships in the Flint area for 83 years, beginning in 1926 when my grandfather, Victor George, opened the Victor George Dodge-Plymouth dealership in downtown Flint.
I am proud to be a past president of the Flint Auto Dealers Association and the Michigan Auto Dealers Association. As a graduate of Northwood University, I was awarded “Educator of the Year” and “Outstanding Alumni”. I attended Luke M. Powers Catholic High School and St.John Vianney grade school. I have 3 children with my wife Cathy and we are currently members of St.John’s Catholic Church in Fenton.

My name is Jordan Tuck and I am the finance manager with Al Serra Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram. I have been with the Al Serra team since 2011 after I graduated from Northwood University. I was also born and raised in Grand Blanc. Go Bobcats!
Growing up in the area, I always saw this dealership as a spectacle. There were so many cars to look at! To see how it has grown over the years has been even more astonishing. It truly is an honor to work for such an organization that takes care of its employees just as well as our customers. The greatest feeling to me is when someone says, “You have made this experience fun and easy,” or “Nobody has ever done this for me before” that is what I strive to do every day with every customer.

I entered the automotive business right after high school because of my love of cars. Growing up with hot rods and show cars drew me into the business. I spent a great deal of time covering many aspects of the automotive business to help pay for my college courses in the criminal justice field, but the more I worked in the car business, the more I realized it was my calling and I changed my major to business management.
I am in my 26th year here at the Auto Plaza. I am state certified and ASE certified in collision repair, and have thousands of hours of training in the collision industry.
My wife of 27 years and I have raised a son and daughter and we both enjoy hunting, fishing and golf.
After 34 years I still thoroughly enjoy helping people with their automotive needs and have gained many friendships that started “by accident.”

My name is Bill Caraway. I have been with The Al Serra Auto Plaza since 1997 as a production manager in the Body Shop. I started out in the collision industry in 1982 as a combination body man/painter. I have always had the desire to repair vehicles myself, and now my desire has expanded into guiding quality technicians to utilize their skills to provide quality repairs.
When I am not at work, I enjoy the company of my wife, children, and grandchildren. I also have always enjoyed a wide variety of vehicles including restoring and enjoying many project vehicles as a hobby. I love to go to car shows, antiquing, and swap meets.

My name is Chris Bauer and I am a Sales Representative in the Used Cars Department at the Al Serra Auto Plaza. At the age of thirteen, I started coming to work with my dad Jim Bauer who has been in sales and management here for over thirty years. I remember the inception of “The Only Price” and it was my job to place the “Only Price” stickers in the windows of all of the vehicles on the lot.
I went away to school to Michigan State and after graduation entered into the food business for eight years. In 2006 my passion for cars beckoned me home to the Auto Plaza. My enthusiasm for cars enables me to find the best vehicle to fit your needs. I truly enjoy helping people find the vehicle that they have been searching for.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two young sons and my wife who is a Civil Engineer for a firm in Flint. We reside in Grand Blanc which is the town I grew up in. In my spare time I enjoy sports, cheering on my Spartans, and hanging out with friends.
