Sales Consultant: Candidates should have experience in Sales, preferably in automotive retailing and in dealer management systems (i.e. Reynolds, ADP). Individuals should have good organizational skills and possess the ability to work effectively with customers by phone, e-mail and during dealership appointments or visits. Training regarding the sales process and essential dealership management systems specific to the various brand offerings will be required during a designated period at the start of employment.

Service Manager: Candidates should have previous auto service technical and managerial or writer experience in a full service dealership providing warranty and repair work for all vehicle makes and models. In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and scheduling is required to serve as a liaison between service advisors and technicians and customers. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are required in working on a team and communicating with customers in person, on the phone and in e-mail exchanges. Training regarding essential dealership management systems related to sales, service, parts and body shop activities will be required during a designated period at the start of employment.
Assistant Service Manager: Candidates should have previous auto service technical and managerial or writer experience in a full service dealership providing warranty and repair work for all vehicle makes and models. Service Advisor: Candidates should be highly motivated and self-directed with basic knowledge about vehicles. Past experience in a high volume, full-service dealership setting is preferred, but not required. On- and off-site training regarding product and service knowledge will be offered at the start of employment. A high energy, upbeat and customer-focused outlook is required to maintain CSI scores of 80 or more.
Service Technician: Candidates must have level 3 and level 4 ASE Certification in all areas. Past experience in a high volume, full-service dealership setting is preferred. A high energy, upbeat and customer-focused outlook is required to maintain CSI scores of 80 or more.
Warranty Clerk Administrator: Candidates must be highly motivated and have good computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience is preferred at a high volume, full-service dealership. Overall automotive vehicle knowledge is preferred. Primary responsibility is to ensure warranty claims are prepared, processed, submitted and followed up on a timely basis. As with all positions within the dealership, warranty clerks are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Cashier: Candidates should have general office and phone experience. Position requires good computer skills and ability to utilize dealership systems in managing inventory. Individuals should possess the ability to conduct effective customer follow-up calls to gain feedback on their dealership experience during the service process.
Office Staff: Candidates should have general office experience, specifically in billing, accounts payables and dealer management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP). Past experience in a dealership setting is preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be available. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be self-directed.
Porters and Drivers (full and part-time positions): Candidates should have the ability to work well with sales and service management and customers. Responsibilities consist of a variety of duties related to the sale, in-service and upkeep of vehicles, including: move vehicles as directed; transport customers and dealership personnel; assist with customer deliveries; ensure all vehicles are clean and in good condition on the lot and in the showroom; pickup and delivery of vehicles to storage areas and other dealerships (some long-distant travel may be required); weather-related maintenance of dealership grounds and vehicles; and other special projects as may be required. Previous experience not required.
